TREAT CARE
The best way to care for your treats is to store them in your belly! But if you want to keep them to eat later, leave them in their sealed bags/container. You can also freeze your treats, but be aware, freezing and thawing may affect the texture of some inclusions.
- Cookies: 5-7 days in the sealed packaging on the counter. Up to 3 months in the freezer in an airtight container
How to Eat
If treats have been frozen, allow to thaw at room temperature for 2-3 hours before serving. If you would like a warm treat, pop it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds once thawed. Be careful, melted chocolate or fillings may be hot!
LOCAL CUSTOMER PICKUP
We offer free in person order pick up at 3 locations in the West Valley of Maricopa County on Saturdays.
HOW DOES LOCAL PICK-UP WORK?
- When you are ready to purchase, please select "Local Pick Up" in your cart. Choose your desired location. Then complete your purchase.
- When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive email instructions.
- Order cut off is Wednesday night for pickup that Saturday in the same week.
- If you do not pick up your order at your chosen store location/date/time, you will need to make arrangements with us to pick up your order at another time later that day. Orders not picked up will be considered forfeited and will be destroyed if not picked up by the end of business the next day. Since baked goods are consumable and have a shelf life, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, returns or cancellations. There are no refunds for forfeited orders.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Minimum order for delivery is $100. Delivery fee starts at $30.00. Deliveries are daily from 10am-8pm. Please allow a 2-hour delivery window before and after your preferred delivery time. Closed for some holidays.
Please leave a cooler with ice packs on your porch if no one will be home to receive your delivery. We are not responsible for melted product if no one is home to receive your order. You will receive photo confirmation of your delivery.

LUKE AIR FORCE BASE
Due to security restrictions, we are unable to make deliveries to the base. However, you can choose shipping or pick up your order at our Surprise meet up location.
PLEASE NOTE: Local delivery is not compatible with accelerated check out methods such as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Please do not choose one of these methods during the first step of checkout.

Orders are shipped Monday thru Thursday. We are not responsible for melted product if your order is left outside or in your mailbox. Insulated shipping box with ice is available as an upgrade when checking out.
