ALLERGENS
We are NOT an allergen free bakery. Our baked goods do/may contain wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, almonds, cashews, coconut, sesame. Our products are produced in a facility that processes wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, almonds, cashews, coconut, sesame, fish & crustacean shellfish so cross contamination may occur.
We also use any of the 9 FD&C approved food colorings (singularly or combination of colors) in some of our treats, chocolates, decorations or sprinkles.
TREAT CARE
The best way to care for your treats is to store them in your belly! But if you want to keep them to eat later, leave them in their sealed bags/container. You can also freeze your treats, but be aware, freezing and thawing may affect the texture of some inclusions.
- Cookies: 5-7 days in the sealed packaging. Up to 3 months in the freezer in an airtight container
- Decorated Sugar Cookies: Up to 3 weeks in the sealed packaging. Up to 3 months in the freezer in an airtight container.
- Brownies: 5-7 days in the sealed packaging in the refrigerator. Up to 3 months in an airtight container.
- Cake Slices: 3 days in the refrigerator. Up to 3 months in the freezer in an airtight container.
- Cakelettes/Cake Pops: 2-3 days on the counter in an airtight container. 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Up to 3 months in the freezer in an airtight container.
- Chocolate Covered Cookies: 1-2 weeks on the counter in an airtight container. Up to 3 months in the freezer in an airtight container.
- Sourdough Bread: 2-3 days on the counter. Up to 6 months in the freezer.
HOW TO EAT
If treats have been frozen, allow to thaw at room temperature for 2-3 hours before serving. If you would like a warm treat, pop it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds once thawed. Be careful, melted chocolate or fillings may be hot!
PROCESSING TIME
All treats are baked to order and ship fresh Monday thru Thursday. Treats are baked fresh just before local delivery & in person pickup. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your order. Cakes & cupcakes have 14 business day processing time
PACKAGING
Our heat sealed bags, mini cake boxes, clamshells, dessert cups, sample cups and bread bags are PLA.
What is PLA?
PLA stands for polylactic acid. It is a product that’s derived from a plant. Usually, the plant is corn but it could be sugar or sugar beets. It is a product that, in the production process, can be made clear and resembles a standard poly bag. PLA products are compostable and made from sustainable materials.
Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI®) Certified Compostable to compost within 180 days in a commercial composting facility.
