COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS
We are still processing orders as usual. However due to the world wide pandemic, USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping times are delayed. This is beyond our control. Please expect your order to take up to a week or longer to be delivered, but most packages are still making it during the normal shipping times estimated by USPS, UPS and FedEx. We make no guarantees for shipping times and there are no refunds for orders delayed by shipping carriers.

GLOBAL PACKAGING SHORTAGE: Candles & Home Fragrance
Due to COVID-19, there is a global packaging shortage. Illume + Co uses specific colored bottles, bottle shapes, jars and packaging for our branded candles and home fragrance products. But due to the global shortage, these colors/shapes might change slightly. For example, we may have to substitute a clear bottle for an amber bottle, or visa versa. We may have to substitute a ribbed cap for a smooth cap, or a white sprayer for a black sprayer. Candle jars that normally have a black metal lid might be substituted with a silver or white metal lid, etc. While we always try to use our branded packaging as shown on our website, we might have to temporarily make substitutions so we can continue to keep stock of inventory.
